Financial Analyst

Younger Partners Investments is seeking a financial analyst to join their expanding principal investment platform. The financial analyst will:

Provide financial analysis for acquisition, financing, asset and portfolio management and investor and lender reporting for investment properties, funds and ventures
Create and oversee financial models for tracking and reviewing returns and performance metrics on an asset, portfolio, fund and venture level
Oversee analysis of prospective tenants including review of credit and industry sector
Coordinate annual budget process for investment properties, funds and ventures
Evaluation and oversight of market research

Requirements

Undergraduate degree preferably in finance, accounting or economics
1-3 years of relevant work experience
Proficient in all major types of commercial real estate with specific knowledge in office and retail investments
Outstanding skills in Excel and Argus
