Happy Father’s Day from Younger Partners

Father’s Day is a celebration honoring fathers and celebrating fatherhood, paternal bonds, and the influence of fathers in society. Here is a look at some of the dads of the YP team. #FathersDay

YP Co-Founder Kathy Permenter and her dad, Jean Sperry, enjoy a moment at his 90th birthday celebration at Bugatti’s last year. He is now on birthday No. 91.

Tom also shared these blasts from the past from his racing days. Above is Tom with his father and below is Tom (in the race car) with his father (standing) and can you guess who that other familiar face is? Tom’s uncle and YP broker, Robert Grunnah.

YP broker Tanja Ivandic values family tremendously. As a youngster, her family emigrated to the US and started over in Fort Worth.  Here she is with her father, Tomislav Ivandic, brother, Daniel, and niece, Mia.

Here’s a trip in the way-back machine to YP broker Jack Gail back in 1999 with his dad, Barry, in Laguna Beach, California. Jack credits his dad for instilling in him a love for real estate.

Here’s YP marketing guru Britnai Stegall and her dad, Milton Stegall Jr, at the Fort Worth Cowtown Half-Marathon, in which they both ran.

Our PR pro, Tonie Auer, loved going to Mayfest in Fort Worth every year growing up and begged repeatedly for her dad, Don Miller, to take an Old West photo with her. He finally relented when she was about 10 years old in 1978.

Here’s YP assistant property manager Blake Robinson with his dad, Jeff, last year in Florence, Italy.

YP Property Manager Rochelle Chellete calls her dad the perpetual ham. Here she is with her dad, Reg Phillips, at Texas Roadhouse, celebrating his 70th birthday.

YP’s Sarah Ballenger says her dad, Danny Ballenger, loves a good laugh. Here he is with Sarah and her sister during the holidays. On the right, her dad came to see her at DFW Airport during a layover when she a Marine traveling between duty stations. Her dad, former Army, loves to rib her about which military branch is the best.

YP broker Elaine Xu, here with her father, Zengben Xu, and her two sons at a photo shoot in Harbin, China (her hometown) 12 years ago. Elaine says her mother was too sick to travel,  so her dad went to the photo studio with her and her two sons to take this photo. Her mother suffered from Parkinson’s Disease for years with her father taking good care of her until she passed away in 2016. He is a great husband and a great father, she says.

We hope you have a fabulous Father’s Day!
