Experience

Brad Kempson has been an accomplished commercial real estate professional since 1985 having experience in deal sourcing, site selection and contract negotiations for the development and leasing of power centers, mall conversions, neighborhood centers and resort retail.

He has been involved as a consultant to Goldman Sachs, Blackstone and DiamondRock Hospitality, and Altera Fund Advisors for the development and repositioning of retail and hospitality-retail projects in Virginia, New York, California, Massachusetts, Texas, and Hawaii, valued at $870MM.

Prior to performing consulting services, Brad held position of VP-Retail Division with Archon Group - Goldman Sachs for 11 years. Co-team leader for the development and leasing of 4MM SF of power center projects in Texas, Illinois, and Michigan. He performed site searches in Southeast and Western US and completed on-site assessments and valuations of asset pools up to $1B in value.

He also held position of National Director of Leasing with Cousins Properties for 10 years prior. Brad was producing manager with leasing and pre-leasing oversight of 4MM SF of power center projects in Viginia, Texas, Georgia, Florida, and California.
