Shaye Evans drives the strategic vision and financial integrity of Younger Partners’ largest-owned retail asset, Crockett Row in Fort Worth. As Senior Property Manager, Shaye’s oversight of the 282,392-square-foot urban village is augmented by her diverse experience in commercial management, risk, insurance, contracts, and customer service. Her enjoyment of people and sincere desire to build loyal trusting relationships also contribute to Shaye’s success as a property manager.

Prior to Younger Partners, she managed over 2.5 million square feet of assets comprised of Class A commercial and medical office, retail, industrial, and entertainment properties for Santikos Real Estate, BDFI Group, and Tarantino Properties. She developed an unwavering commitment to asset management and financial responsibility over her seven previous years in the industry that carries through to Crockett Row today. Shaye instills her passion for building a thriving culture at the property, fostering tenant retention, and finding innovative ways to make the Fort Worth shopping center a destination location for visitors.

Shaye earned a bachelor’s degree with a concentration in risk management and insurance from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She holds numerous insurance licenses, including Property & Casualty, as well as notary public commissions in both Louisiana and Texas. She is also an active member of BOMA.

A Fort Worth native, Shaye enjoys the opportunity to work near her childhood roots and build new relationships with business owners and organizations in and around the city’s Cultural District to carry out her business goals for Crockett Row.
