Sierra Seale is a Property Manager at Younger Partners, where she oversees the day-to-day operations of Wellington Centre, a Class A, 10-story office building spanning 210,465 square feet. Sierra manages all aspects of property operations, including coordinating maintenance, repairs, and renovation projects. She solicits bids from contractors, prepares and manages detailed budgets, and ensures that financial reports are tailored to the building’s unique needs. In addition, she oversees contracts for critical services like cleaning, security, and maintenance, ensuring high standards of quality and service.

Before joining Younger Partners, Sierra worked as a Property Manager at Avison Young, where she managed a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, including office, industrial, medical, and retail assets. This experience has equipped her with a broad skill set in managing various property types, budgeting, and fostering tenant satisfaction. At Younger Partners, Sierra leverages this background to maintain strong client and tenant relationships, address concerns promptly, and drive business growth. In addition to her property management role, Sierra is an active leader in the commercial real estate industry, serving as Chair of the Trade Show Committee at BOMA Greater Dallas and Chair of the Emerging Professionals Committee at BOMA International.
