Michael Ytem

Professional Information & History

Michael Ytem is an associate of the Investments/Land division of Younger Partners.  Currently, he is pursuing his designation as a CCIM candidate.  Michael focuses on the acquisition and disposition of both commercial land and long term land investments.

Michael began his Commercial Real Estate career in 2014 with Henry S. Miller
Investments/Land division. There, he obtained transactional experience in Seller, Buyer,
Investment and Leasing Representation. He later joined Novus Realty Advisors to further
his career. There, he completed transactions with local investment groups, local business owners and larger entities such as Richardson ISD and Frito-Lay/Pepsico.

B.S. in Business Administration with a focus in Entrepreneurship from the University of Texas at Dallas, Spring of 2009.
