Prior to joining Younger Partners, Frank held operations and general management roles with Orvis and The North Face, overseeing store operations, team development, and market performance. He also gained retail real estate and store planning experience at Walmart, giving him a unique perspective that bridges the operational realities of retail tenants with the strategic demands of commercial real estate.

Frank’s firsthand experience as a retailer, evaluating sites, negotiating leases, and understanding what makes a location successful, informs every client engagement.
