Garrison Vincent joins Younger Partners as an Associate on the Industrial Team, bringing hands-on experience in industrial operations, supply chain management, and commercial real estate. Through internships with Tito’s Handmade Vodka and HPI Real Estate Services, he gained practical experience in analyzing operational efficiency, optimizing workflows, and assessing property requirements such as space, capacity, and location. This expertise allows him to help clients identify industrial properties that maximize operational efficiency and support business growth.

In his role as an Associate, Garrison applies his analytical and client-facing skills to market research, business development, and deal execution. He assists with property analysis, client communications, and transactional documentation, while maintaining accurate databases and coordinating with internal teams and external partners. A Texas A&M University graduate in Agricultural Economics with a focus in Finance and Real Estate, Garrison combines operational insight, analytical acumen, and strong interpersonal skills to provide strategic guidance and support to clients navigating industrial real estate opportunities.
