Jack Adams is an Associate with the Industrial team at Younger Partners, focusing on tenant representation across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. In this role, he supports senior brokers with business development, market research, and client service. He helps identify new opportunities, analyze market trends and lease comps, and manage key parts of the leasing process from initial outreach through negotiations and closing.

Jack earned his B.B.A. in Business Management from the University of Oklahoma’s Michael F. Price College of Business. His background in financial services and professional athletics has sharpened his ability to think strategically, perform under pressure, and communicate effectively. Jack brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a client-first mindset to the industrial team at Younger Partners.
