Jack Gail is currently serving as a Vice President at Younger Partners. With experience in brokerage services, land acquisitions, and development, Jack has a unique understanding of the different sides of a transaction which allows him to better serve his client’s needs.

Jack first began his career in 2017 as an associate for Younger Partners and quickly ascended the ranks to Vice President. In 2022, Jack began a 2-year stint with CT Realty where he further developed his land acquisition skills and learned the development side of the business. Specifically, Jack worked on a special initiative where he and his team identified, acquired, entitled, and developed 20+ truck parking and fleet fueling facilities across the nation for Amazon’s new fleet of compressed natural gas trucks. Once this project was completed in 2024, Jack took the valuable skills he gained in development, and made his return to where everything first started at Younger Partners.

Since beginning his career, Jack has completed land transactions in 20 different states, encompassing over 500-acres, with a total value surpassing $100M.
