Jason Hawkins is an Associate on the Land Team at Younger Partners, where he supports land transactions with a focus on site analysis, market research, and development potential. His practical experience in construction management includes project estimating, site coordination, budgeting, and working directly with contractors and engineers. He is skilled in platforms such as Bluebeam Revu, Procore, and Microsoft Office, enabling him to contribute efficiently across all phases of the land process.

Prior to joining Younger Partners, Jason operated his own business, where he gained valuable experience in negotiation, client service, and project management. A former Division I athlete, he brings a strong work ethic, team-first mentality, and competitive drive to every assignment. His diverse background and commitment to delivering value make him a reliable partner to clients and colleagues alike.

He is a graduate of Troy University.
