Kyle Klemme is a Senior Associate on the Industrial team at Younger Partners, specializing in the leasing and sales of industrial properties in the East and Northeast Dallas submarkets. He supports the team with market research, site selection, client representation, and transaction execution, helping tenants, landlords, and investors successfully navigate industrial real estate decisions. Kyle also contributes to business development efforts and works closely with senior brokers to deliver tailored, strategic solutions.

Before joining Younger Partners, Kyle was with TIG Real Estate Services, where he gained extensive experience in landlord and tenant representation across a range of industrial property types. He holds a B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin and is an active member of NTCAR.
