Experience

Scot Farber is a Managing Principal at Younger Partners, where he leads the disposition of investment sales properties for financial institutions, banks, special servicers, pension funds, REITs, corporate users, and private investors. With a career spanning nearly three decades, Scot has been consistently recognized as one of the region’s top brokers. He has been named a finalist for D Magazine's Power Broker and Dallas Business Journal's Heavy Hitters lists nearly 20 times.

Over the past 28 years, Scot has completed more than 300 investment sales transactions, ranging in size from 26,000 to 1.85 million square feet, with a total value exceeding $5 billion.

Before joining Younger Partners, Scot held senior positions at several leading commercial real estate firms. He served as Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, where he was a Top Producer, and as Executive Vice President at Grubb & Ellis, where he was recognized as a top performer on a local, regional, or national level every year. His experience also includes roles as Director at Credit Suisse First Boston, Senior Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle, and Senior Director at Cushman Realty Corporation. Throughout his career, Scot has managed the disposition of high-profile real estate assets across the country.

He began his commercial real estate career on the pension fund advisory side, overseeing the disposition, leasing, and management of portfolios consisting of office, industrial, retail, and multifamily properties with a value exceeding $450 million. He also negotiated more than 200 leases with a total value exceeding $35 million.
