Shawn Street serves as Senior Vice President in the Land Division at Younger Partners, bringing 20 years of experience and a diverse background in oil and gas, land surveying, and real estate to his leadership role. His industry expertise provides a strong foundation in land acquisition, entitlement, title research, and regulatory compliance, allowing him to navigate complex transactions with confidence and clarity.

He began his career in the oil and gas and land surveying sectors, where he developed a technical understanding of land use, boundary analysis, and title work. This experience informs his strategic approach to real estate, where he focuses on identifying opportunities and delivering value-driven solutions for clients and stakeholders.

Shawn leads initiatives in land sourcing, due diligence, and deal structuring. He works closely with developers, investors, property owners, and municipalities to move projects forward efficiently and effectively. Known for his integrity and relationship-driven mindset, he prioritizes trust, transparency, and long-term value in every transaction.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Concordia University in Austin.
