Younger Partners Earns Green Street National Top 20 and DFW Top 5 Rankings for Top Office Brokers

For the second consecutive year, Younger Partners earned a Top 20 national ranking on Green Street’s 2025 Top Office Brokers list and a Top 5 ranking among office brokers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The recognition reflects transactions with deal values between $5 million and $25 million, according to Green Street’s report highlighting top-performing brokerage firms.

Younger Partners’ Capital Markets Principals Scot Farber and Tom Strohbehn completed nine transactions in 2025, earning the firm Green Street accolades. Notable deals included Bent Tree Plaza, an 82,144-square-foot professional office and medical complex located at 16610-16660 North Dallas Parkway and 4950 Westgrove Dr. in Far North Dallas; and Park Ventura Office Park at 5055 W. Park Boulevard in Plano, an 84,825-square-foot office and medical building.

Green Street’s rankings are determined using transaction data from the firm’s Sales Comps Database, measuring brokerage performance by total deal volume. The list evaluates transactions that closed in 2025 with values between $5 million and $25 million across major property types, recognizing brokerage firms that led the market in qualifying sales activity.

The team of Farber and Strohbehn also earned 2024 accolades from Green Street with a Top 20 recognition nationally, and Top 5 for DFW for Top Office Brokers.
