JOB DESCRIPTION
Primarily research and analysis for our land brokers, clients and prospects. Assist in the preparation of presentation/pitch materials for new business opportunities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Perform research using Costar, Land Vision and other research tools
available to assist with broker requests
• Prepare maps and aerial surveys for listings to be utilized for print and
digital view
• Analysis of demographic and traffic counts for marketing materials
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelors Degree
• Real estate license in the state of Texas, preferred
• Strong interest in commercial real estate
• Strong time management and planning skills
• Able to meet multiple project deadlines and demonstrate
strong attention to detail
• Proactive approach
• Comfortable utilizing all Microsoft Windows products
