• This land sale was not just a land sale, it was a critical part    of the CityLine development and the future Cotton Belt    DART rail line, that took numerous years to coordinate    many disciplines in order to close the transaction
• In 2010, the Perryman Group projected that during the    construction phase the associated development and    associated construction would increase output of about    $680.6 million dollars and generate approximately 8,544    person-years of employment
• Ongoing operations of companies within this multipurpose    development would represent an annual increase of $1.3    billion in output (gross product) as well as 15,672    permanent jobs if developed as planned
• This deal also won the coveted CLIVE award in 2011 from    the North Texas Council of Governments
