During the first ten months of the leasing assignment, the team accomplished the following:
• Completed 112,000 RSF of deals. Equating to 33,000 SF    of new absorption
• Attracted nine new tenants to the building
• Created the highest leasing velocity of any Dallas CBD    office building
• Resulting NOI increase added over five million dollars of    value to the building
• In 2017 the AIA deal at Republic Center was awarded by    the DBJ for Deal of the Year, for Neighborhood Impact
