Our Multifamily Investment Services group has more than 50 years of broad-based multifamily experience and has brokered more than $3 billion in deals. The team, led by Bob Helterbran who handles most types of multifamily assets. These include: Class A, B, and C properties, student housing, fractured condos, specialty hotels and land. With a broad scope of knowledge from the industry, this team is able to transition from assisting clients with selling or acquiring stabilized or troubled assets, to land assemblage, new developments and special situations.
