Amy Chavez is the Marketing Manager at Younger Partners, where she provides marketing support across the firm’s brokerage, property management, and investment teams. She works closely with brokers and internal teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives that support property assignments, business development, client needs, and the firm’s overall objectives.

Amy brings a hands-on approach to marketing, combining creative direction, design, project management, and commercial real estate expertise. She works across a wide range of assignments, from developing marketing strategies and materials for individual properties to developing proposals, pitch presentations, and other business development materials. She also helps improve marketing processes and resources across the firm, bringing structure and consistency to how projects are developed and delivered.

Before joining Younger Partners, Amy held marketing and design roles with both large and boutique commercial real estate firms. This experience has given her a firsthand understanding of how marketing supports different types of commercial real estate organizations, teams, and business objectives. She brings that perspective to Younger Partners, along with an understanding of the pace of brokerage and the importance of creating marketing that is both creative and purposeful. Her experience across commercial real estate and other industries allows her to bring fresh ideas, practical solutions, and a broad perspective to the firm’s marketing efforts.
