He later gained valuable experience working with CB Commercial, Centre Development Company, a five-year stint at Grubb & Ellis, followed by Henry S. Miller Brokerage.

During his 20-year tenure as senior vice president at Henry S. Miller, Jerry excelled in serving clients across office and industrial sectors, investment properties, and land sales. Throughout his extensive career, he has skillfully negotiated over 550 lease transactions, totaling more than $100 million in value.
