Moody Younger is Co-Managing Partner of Younger Partners, a full-service commercial real estate firm he co-founded with Kathy Permenter in 2012. He leads a team of more than 110 professionals and is responsible for the firm’s overall strategic direction and performance across its brokerage, property management, and investment operations.

With over 35 years of experience and more than 1,400 lease transactions totaling 8.1 million square feet, Moody is recognized as one of Dallas/Fort Worth’s most respected commercial real estate leaders. His prior leadership roles include tenures at CBRE, Trammell Crow Company, JLL, Grubb & Ellis, and Transwestern.

Moody also co-founded Younger Partners Investments in 2020 and Apricus Realty Capital in 2021—two affiliated platforms focused on value-driven real estate acquisitions across Texas and nationally.

In addition to his business leadership, Moody serves as Chair of the Fort Worth Cultural District Alliance (2025) and sits on the Fort Worth Mayor’s Urban Rail and Entertainment District Steering Committees. He is known for his collaborative leadership style, ethical standards, and commitment to mentoring the next generation of real estate professionals.
