Sylvia Payette, Senior Property Manager, is an accomplished commercial property management professional with extensive experience managing office, retail, mixed-use, industrial, medical, and high-profile entertainment, and tourist destination assets totaling more than 3 million square feet. Holding the RPA, FMA, and CSM designations, Sylvia brings a strategic, hands-on approach to property management, with expertise in asset operations, financial planning, budgeting, lease administration, capital projects, vendor management, and tenant relations.

Sylvia is focused on maximizing property performance while protecting and enhancing the value of each asset. She develops operating and capital budgets, oversees financial reporting and CAM reconciliations, manages contracts and competitive bidding, and identifies opportunities to improve efficiency and control costs. Her project management experience includes tenant and landlord buildouts, building system upgrades, elevator modernization, roof replacements, ADA improvements, lighting and irrigation upgrades, signage, and other capital improvements. She also works closely with leasing and ownership teams to support tenant retention, lease negotiations, and long-term asset strategies.
