Trae Anderson is a Principal with Younger Partners with 20 years of real estate experience. Trae is responsible for marketing and leasing office buildings, performing market and property evaluations and coordinating business development. Trae’s persistent energy, owner’s mentality and in-depth market knowledge bring intangible value to his clients. Trae is very much a “hands on leasing agent.” He’s not afraid to roll up his sleeves to accomplish his goals.

Prior to joining Younger Partners, Trae was a Senior Vice President at Grubb & Ellis Company. Before Grubb & Ellis, Trae spent two years with Dominus Commercial where he received the Top Producer Award and grew the company’s leasing assignments by 150 percent. Trae’s experience in challenging markets makes him valuable to clients by utilizing his creativity and hard-nosed dealing to deliver results.

Renzo Cella

Renzo Cella is a Vice President of the Investments-Land Division with Novus Realty Advisors, LLC. Mr. Cella has 15+ years of real estate experience specializing in the sale of rural and city infill land, industrial and office buildings as well as Multifamily apartment complexes.

 

Renzo entered the real estate market in 2001 and has concentrated on land transactions during his career. Renzo’s responsibilities have included exclusive representation for land owners for the sale of land investment ranging from single user retail pad sites to large multiple use land developments. He has sold over $50 million in commercial real estate and was frequently ranked in the Top Ten Monthly Producers at Henry S. Miller Companies and Novus Realty Advisors.

Robert Grunnah

Professional Information & Work History

Mr. Grunnah holds a B.B.A. from Southern Methodist University.  He was awarded the Bronze Star Medal with one Oak Leaf Cluster for his service as an officer in Southeast Asia with the United States Air Force.

 

Mr. Grunnah was formerly President of the Investments/Land Division of Henry S. Miller Companies from 1994 to 2014.  Prior to joining Henry S. Miller, Mr. Grunnah was President and Chief Executive Officer of Newmarket Group Southwest, the parent of Newmarket Grunnah Cole Real Property Company, Newmarket Real Estate Appraisal and Advisory Services, Inc., Newmarket Property Management, Inc., and Newmarket Capital Advisors, Inc.  In 1971 he was associated with Henry S. Miller Company where he served as Senior Vice President in charge of the Investment Marketing Division and the International Division.  Mr. Grunnah has also served as President of Reliance Securities Corporation, a registered broker/dealer and Reliance Petroleum Corporation.  He currently serves as President of Reliance Asset Management, Inc., which has acted as General Partner for over 100 partnerships.

 

Mr. Grunnah has represented clients as an expert witness in litigation concerning values in development land, income properties, and judicial partnership separations.  He has provided attorneys, CPAs and financial planners qualified opinions of the values of virtually all types of real estate using practical approaches to true market expectations.

Bob Helterbran

Bob Helterbran specializes in providing acquisition and disposition services for apartment owners. Prior to joining Younger Partners, Bob formed the multifamily platform at Colliers International. Bob executed 7 transactions in his limited time at Colliers including REO dispositions, Class “A,” HUD assumptions and land development deals. Bob was a Senior Vice President in the multifamily investment service at Colliers and Grubb & Ellis. Before his tenure at Grubb & Ellis, he worked at Transwestern as a senior member of the multifamily investment sales division, where he was involved in 30 transactions. During the 1980s, he was a consistent top producer at Coldwell Banker, receiving top investment salesman designation for the Central Region three times. Bob’s real estate career began with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate (now CB Richard Ellis) in the mid-1970s.

Tyler Hemenway

Tyler is an associate at YOUNGER PARTNERS. He began his professional career in private equity consulting at New Life CFO in 2014. In 2016, he made the transition to commercial real estate firm CBRE working with Debt and Structured Finance. There he gained vast exposer to capital markets, debt and corporate finance.

As a part of the Investments and Land Team, he focuses on representing property owners, investors and developers to fulfill any of their real estate requirements. Each opportunity has provided Tyler with a unique ability to strongly connect with cliental of all backgrounds.

David Hinson

Professional Information

David Hinson offers a wide range of experiences including commercial real estate,
sales, business management and construction management.

In 2011 David began his commercial real estate career. Since then he has successfully
completed a variety of transactions including multi-tenant investment acquisitions, owner/
user acquisitions and seller dispositions. He also has extensive leasing experience
representing both Landlords and Tenants. David applies his background in construction
management, business management and sales to solve problems and find unique opportunities

Ben McCutchin

Professional Information & Work History

Ben McCutchin is an experienced sales associate at Younger Partners dealing primarily in the acquisition and disposition of land and ranch properties. He has been involved in real estate since 1967.

Ben and his brothers developed Pepper Square Shopping Center and Pepper Square Apartments in the 1970’s and was active in their management until they were sold in the 1990’s. He was involved in the buying and selling of properties around the Grapevine/Coppell area when the DFW Airport was being built. He headed a group of investors in several tracts of land in the State Highway 183/ Valley View Lane area on the south side of DFW Airport. Ben has also been involved in the large tract farm real estate industry. He has personally bought, developed, and operated two large horse ranches which were then either sold to other breeders or subdivided into residential lots.

Ben has acted as Trustee for over one hundred properties for investor groups. He created and served on the board of a municipal levee district in Irving, Texas across from D.F.W. Airport as that area was being developed. He has also been on the Board of Directors of several local companies and banks. He has been active in the Dallas and Fort Worth community throughout his lifetime and is well known to many business, real estate and oil people in the area.

John St. Clair

John St. Clair has 28+ years of real estate experience specializing in Land. John began his career with Sherwood Blount and Company Realtors in 1986. In 1989 he joined A. Ray Utley and Company Realtors and was an associate there until 1993 when this firm joined Henry S. Miller Brokerage, LLC. After 20+ years with Henry S. Miller, Mr. St. Clair made the decision to join Novus Realty Advisors, LLC which led to the merger with Younger Partners in 2017.

He entered the real estate market in 1986 and has concentrated on land transactions during his career. St. Clair’s responsibilities have included exclusive marketing of commercial, retail, multi-family, industrial, single-family and mixed use tracts. Buyer representation and development evaluations are also within his capabilities. In addition, John has sold over 6,000+ acres of speculative land tracts in the Collin, Grayson and Hunt Counties. Closed sales transactions range in size from pad sites to 3,000+ acres ranch properties.

Michael Ytem

Professional Information & History

Michael Ytem is an associate of the Investments/Land division of Younger Partners.  Currently, he is pursuing his designation as a CCIM candidate.  Michael focuses on the acquisition and disposition of both commercial land and long term land investments.

Michael began his Commercial Real Estate career in 2014 with Henry S. Miller
Investments/Land division. There, he obtained transactional experience in Seller, Buyer,
Investment and Leasing Representation. He later joined Novus Realty Advisors to further
