YP’s 2020 Top Producers

Congrats to the YP Top Brokers for 2020! Top Producers are Trae Anderson, Sean Dalton, Scot Farber, Jack Gail, Tom Grunnah, David Hinson, Ben McCutchin, John St. Clair and Tom Strohbehn. A new award this year goes to the broker who generated the most revenue by working with other YP brokers. Congrats to Michael Ytem for being our Teammate of the Year. An Evening of Winners: NTCAR 2018 Stemmons Service Award Event

Congrats to Younger Partners Co-Founder Kathy Permenter on her NTCAR Stemmons Service Award nomination. We are so incredibly proud of her achievements both professionally and within the community she serves. She was nominated along with Venture’s Mike Geisler, Fischer & Co’s Sharon Friedberg & Citadel Partners’ Scott Morse. Congratulations to the 2018 winner, Scott Morse. Dallas News: Fashion retailer J. Hilburn leases a north Dallas HQ

Men’s fashion retailer J. Hilburn has rented space in a North Dallas office tower for its home office. The company leased 26,000 square feet in the Park Central 3 building on LBJ Freeway.

Brant Landry of E. Smith Realty Partners negotiated the lease with Nora Hogan, Robert Deptula and Natalie Snyder of Transwestern and Kathy Permenter and Sean Dalton with Younger Partners.  J. Hilburn is currently located at 2601 W. Mockingbird Lane in Dallas.

“Park Central 3 is allowing J. Hilburn to take the next step in our company growth plan,” said co-founder Veeral Rathod. “Our new corporate headquarters provides a cohesive work environment and an efficient layout.”  Complete article.
